Nemesis7884 Posted May 28, 2018 Share Posted May 28, 2018 So from the description it seems that you have to actively use one of the two abilities to activate it and that it has a recovery time....but every time in combat i cannot activate it at all (always stays at 0/1 uses remaining per encounter) but in the character screen both abilities are activated automatically?
