Two conversation bugs

1. When you take a skiff to Fort Deadlight, while on the beach before you sneak in, you can ask Serafen about Remaro before he even breaches the topic once you're inside.

[attached] When asking Dereo about the Cornett after i got it, i see "Ateira attacked me after I left Takano's." as an option, but that attack did not occur.

Add another bug here: id you are sneaking in Fort Deadlight, he (Serafen) suddenly talks about one of his girlfriend (Zara?) that "he might a touch exaggerated and she in fact would not be so happy to see him" as if you previously had a dialog with him where he promised her help.

Do you even get any dialog with Serafen before you reach Fort Deadlight?
