Console Release Date

I was searching on Google for Pillars of Eternity Deadfire. In the Shopping area, it says pre-order now (releases 12/31). It is on Target's website. I don't really know if it is valid and/or Obsidian and Versus Evil knows the website put a date on it (even though it may change by that time).

 

I'd love for it to come out before Black Friday though. Lol. I was just checking if it's a reliable source and give the mods here a heads up if it isn't true.

It's probably just a placeholder date until the official release date is announced. I've seen several times before a game's release date being 12/31, only to change when the release date is finally announced.

I appreciate it, man. I have never really noticed before this since I don't really preorder often. I look forward to playing it on PS4 with all the DLC. This is about the only game I am looking forward to this year. I am replaying Pillars of Eternity as we speak.

 

I come here often to read about the builds and stories. I've been lurking since a couple months before Pillars of Eternity released on consoles. I've finally found the courage to sign up.
