May 30, 20187 yr What's more, you have the Whitewitch Mask (+2 Illusions PL) and Concelhaut Pet (+2 Concelhaut Spells PL), which means your PL on Concelhaut's Crushing Doom should be even higher than Delayed Fireball. Definitely seems like a bug.

Definitely seems like a bug. Plus that Wael's sceptre with +3 Illusion PL enchantment I got later, this spell should be so powerful.
