EDIT: My apologies—I opened this ticket for poison damage, then noticed the poison damage is actually there but there's a different bug going on. Now I can't change the thread title.
Notice how the Ring of the Marksman is applying to the Cobra Strike attacks even though they are clearly melee attacks and the ring is only supposed to work on ranged.
