Scratchy Audio when in Game

I'm experiencing really scratchy audio issues when in game! It's not my headset as I tried it with other devices, my sound is totally fine when NOT in game but in game I can't hear the music or speech due to how bad it comes out. Anyone have ideas on how to fix this?!
