Tosho Posted May 18, 2018 Posted May 18, 2018 If so damn that's gonna be a uber powerful multiclass. Also, if it's a dot spell does the whole duration get the bonus?
Ganrich Posted May 18, 2018 Posted May 18, 2018 Sneak Attack is weapon damage only. Assassinate, I am not 100% about. I know it works with Explosives, and I was under the impression it works with spells. However, my testing was minimal, and it could be that i was popping from stealth before the spell was finished casting (long cast times FTL). It says all attacks from stealth. So, one would think that it does work for spells. However, I'd wait for someone more certain than I am to confirm.
Sanctuary Posted May 18, 2018 Posted May 18, 2018 (edited) You get the accuracy bonus from Assassinate. Although I'm not sure if +25 Accuracy on up to four spells (if you start the fight casting one from stealth) justifies multiclassing just for that. Single class Wizards are far better nuking than anything else other than a Fury/Wizard. Primarily due to number of casts and power level. Helwalker/Wizard has a lot of potential, but it's ridiculously fragile. Edited May 18, 2018 by Sanctuary

And I guess with Arkamyrs T6 invis and invis potions the only reason I wanted Rogue for (restealth) becomes unnecessary. Edited May 18, 2018 by Tosho
Sotnik Posted May 18, 2018 Posted May 18, 2018 (edited) Assassinate does affect spells - tested on scrolls and Powder Burns. Backstab does not. Edited May 18, 2018 by Sotnik 2
