I have a season pass, everything seems to be installed, I have tried removing and adding back all the DLC, not sure what else to do but all my saves are now invalid with the same message. My version in the top right on the load screen says v2.0.1.0044 LAX2ABCDE - steam -

Hello, I started playing on a Mac and would like to continue the game on a PC. Can I copy the save games from the Mac to PC directory, and, if so, what are the directories and the steps? Thanks. P.S.
