    Which countries are you talking about? The only European country which required changes was Germany and that only affected Austria. All other version in all of Europe are as Ubisoft intended, as far as I know.

    Whenever I walk or run the screen just gets flooded with ghosting. I assume that's because of the 30 fps cap. Can anything be done about that? It would be nice to be able to walk and have a clear picture at the same time. I'm using a i5 4670k and a GTX 780.
