Ok, I think these are all the wrong ending quotes. I will also check for missing quotes. But later, not now.
If Obsidian prefers another method for submitting these errors, I have confidence that they will ask for it / provide one *broad hint*
I'll use a pipe '|' as replacement for the newline/whitespace characters that separates the lines:

Ooh, didn't know that, thanks!
Hm, if you like, I could try to create a list of incorrect quotes for the English version, now that I know how it's supposed to be. Like the one I did a bit earlier for misspelled words. That should hopefully reduce your work^^

@AndreaColombo - out of curiosity:
For the fixed / less errorneous German version we added the missing quotes at the end of the line, because it looks slightly less wrong. I mean: Seriously, opening quotes without ending quotes ... OCD-Durlachion is not amused about the asymmetric solution.
Of course, the better way would be if we could safely remove the quotes at the beginning of a new paragraph that belongs to the same person currently speaking. That's why I am asking: Did the devs mention anything like that to you? Like, that they are going to adjust the parsers behavior for highlighting direct speech, which would make these quotation marks at the beginning redundant (and the quotes at the end as well)?
-
Yeah, I guess you won't like these two solutions either (I think they are hilarious, though):
1. Some Steam games include "negative achievements". Like failing the first song in Guitar Hero II on the easiest level, finish a F.E.A.R. multiplayer game with negative score (i.e. you killed yourself more often than your enemies) or losing 20 times in a row in DOA 4. So the solution here would be: See those Kickstarter Achievements as what they were: A completely risky financial investment that could have gone terribly wrong. Owners of that achievement either are notoric gamblers, don't value money or were drunk when they did the purchase *cough*
2. The second solution to your problem - and of course as disappointing (or even more!) than my first: Convince Obsidian to create a "Kickstarter Backer Achievement DLC". This item can be purchased multiple times ($2,99 each) and everytime you do, there is a 70% chance you receive the fancy Kickstarter Backer Achievement you missed. And you actually support the development of the upcoming extensions! ) Also: If you prefer this option, everyone will automatically assume you are a notoric gambler, don't value money or were drunk when you did the purchase... Hmm...
<-- used gog.com - you can't imagine how betrayed, upset and neglected I feel.

Since I already did a spellcheck for our german version, I thought I could do it for the English one as well... going to be a looong post.
I'll use misspelling for everything that I am pretty/totally sure is wrong. And inconsistency when it could be either: Sometimes because both versions of a PoE-unique name appear equally often, sometimes because I am unsure about UK / US spelling differences.

Version 0.4.0! Woohooo :D

@Cynthel Natal
Aedyr- Aedyraner
- Aedyrianer
- aedyranisch
- aedyrianisch
- aedyrisch

Hier: \text\conversations\companions\poi\poi_bs_od_nua_head.stringtable; ID 4
<DefaultText>"Unglaublich ... Fester Adra, behauen wie Marmor. Nein - nicht geschnitzt. Geformt."</DefaultText>
-

Im englischen: "and every man and woman in this market knows my worth." Der Satz macht für mich wenig Sinn... Vielleicht eher "Wertarbeit"?
to know one's worth = jmd. respektieren
Vielleicht so:
[orig: "Even that Tamra."
- Feindliches Ziel
- Befreundete Einheiten im Wirkungsgebiet
- Einheiten in Strahl
- Verbündete in Aura
- etc.
- Wirkungsradius => Bereich
- Wirkungs-Dauer => Dauer
- Ziele überspringen >= Sprungziele
- Feind => Feindliche
- Verbündet => Verbündete
- Freundlich => Befreundete
- Feindliche Einheiten: ...
- Befreundete Einheiten: ...

There is this translation fan patch of Pho on the nexusforums with last update on the 8.4. but you all are still correcting. Is there a newer download version somewhere which I did not found? Or are you doing this only for the devs?
The version on nexusmod is the one we are working on here But there are many things left, hence only version 0.2.2 so far.
The newest version (the nightly build, lol) can be found on github.
