I think in order for me to get to Iziz 2nd time i have to do the Vogga mission. I got the Jawa Juice or w/e and i still need the dancer to make him fall asleep so i can give the kath hounds the Jawa Juice and make them sleep. Help me on how to get the dancer please!

I need to get to that city Iziz for the second time and i have completed all planets but they just don't seem to send me the invite back! I need help! My Question is how can i influence Visis (sp?) even more. I am DS.
