    The Situationist: yes, Morrissey has totally lost it now. Soem of his solo stuff is good, though. "Every day is like sundays" is a notable example.

    Of course Morrissey has his flaws- partly that is his attraction for me. I mean, he is an arrogant, oftimes pretentious, whiney git... and I love it :shake: :shake: And Logickbomb, ya mofo, nirvana hold nothing to morrissey :shades:

    That greatest thinker comment WAS a joke, ya know Also, I disagree, tnot all of his songs are about him, per se. anmd jsut because he is famous means he never was not famous? No, see his songs are good, and funny. Writing him off as you do is silly.

    'JN : LOL LOL and yes, charles isa very good man whose concerns often are the same as his subjects (such as the problems of council estates and proper arcitecture in general, GM foods and suchlike). He also works extremely hard for this nation (some people just have an in-built inbred hatred of anyone who is wealthy from birth. I say to that "meh") Anyway.. yeh, that dance LOL But anyway, it is just brilliant The office. Fave episodes? I quite liked the one where there was his promotion and the swindon move :shades:

    So, it is/has going to be/been remade for the States. So, any americans seen the original series (plural) or the new one (if it is out)? What do you all reckon? I think that the casual racism and twattishness and unprofressionalism common in Britsh offices is not the same in the States- work ethic is different I feel. anyway, like it or not, it is one of the greatest comedies of the last ten years; even Prince Charles has commended it, believe it or not!! (that man is no square)

    Seriously though, he is brilliant- probably the best lyricist of the 1980s, and his new album is growing on me, expecially "The First of the Gang to Die". Good stuff. :cool:

    Thing is, the BBC already caught the hitch hiker's guide really well a few years back. Also, this will not encourage kids to read the damn book- one of the greatest comic books of the late twentieth century.

    Nooooo! So many BIS-ers stil havebad memries fro mthe time when everyone was bonkers- was BioWare going out of business? Was NWN vapourware? When was it coming out? Seriously, bio ain't that bad. There were no more fan monkeys n Bio than at BIS.
