    can't get "Winds of Steel" quest and ally w/ crucible knights for animancy hearing...

    This bug stinks. I've saved the forge knight plans and the Crucible Knights Captain refers to the Winds of Steel Courier but never assigns the quest.

    Can't get Winds of Steel either. I saved Dunstan but have been asked to meet the Courier by The Dial but no one is there. There's also no Winds of Steel quest in my journal. Built to Last is marked complete
