    I got past this "panning bug" by choosing the administrator's side of the conflict (LS), instead of the mercenaries', just before I enter the enclave. Very odd indeed.

    I have the exact same problem! It doesn't matter which party I bring (which apparently solved the problem for some other guy)... so what do we do now? Has anybody else gotten past this game breaking bug?

    I heard somewhere that Carth makes a cameo in the game... but where? I'm 20 hours in, and I haven't seen him yet (or perhaps I'm more blind that I want to admit..). I totally loathe the guy, but I just gotta see him! (w00t)
