In the 15-20 minutes I did it I got every special crytal color there is in the game. (Viridian,silver,cyan, and orange) I did it for so long so I could get the combo I WANTED. Just want to stomp that in the ground for good....cheers. :cool:

I'll make it easy for you, when I played I wanted a silver crystal like no tomorrow. I found one way to get any crystal you could possibly want. First, if your strong enough, go to Dantooine. There is a scavenger camp right outside the jedi academy ruins. There is one lady there who sells all the basic color crystals (Blue,green,red,purple,yellow) in case you want them. Now, Inside the Jedi Enclave Sublevels you can rescue an old guy named Jorran....when you exit approach him at the scavenger camp but save it before you talk to him. After talking to him he will offer three jedi artifacts for 1000 credits. Pay it and see what you get. You usually end up with a single/double/or short lightsaber hilt (if you don't have a saber yet it jsut gives you a componant) and one/two color crystals. You can reload this exchange as many time as you want to recieve the color of crystal you want. It took me awhile to get exactly what I wanted, I wanted a single hilt with a silver crystal and a power crystal but i got it. Patience young padawan...hope this helps.

I'd like to know more about the cameo's and what selections with your PC that must be made in order to see them in game. so please go on City Blues...I'm all ears.

There is one interesting trick I heard of...if you go to: www.gamefaqs.com/xbox and look up KOTOR II there should be a secrets/cheats section. Here they have a trick where if you go to Korriban and into the sith cave you can get massive xp within minutes....The person who did this went from level 16 to 40 within half an hour. Basically there is a corpse there you can loot and it will spawn the Hississ dragon creatures over and over again with a quickness. If you have Force Storm you can wipe them out before they even touch you...check it out.

I heard somewhere that if you beat the game, and wait till the credits are over you get a KOTOR III teaser...is that true?? can anyone confirm this?

okay, another question....why, oh why was darth Nihilus so built up just to be another faceless character you have to mow through...what was his purpose? what was he there for? I could have SWORN he was going to be revan...but no, just some guy you kill, no past, no explanation on why he was important to the story or any other way...he was just there for you to spend an extra couple of hours to play for. He was a cool character with some potential....but Obsidian jsut let that lump of gold jsut go down the pooper.

Really?? now that's interesting....I will go and try that tonight when I get home from work. How do you get more than one lightsaber for your other jedi characters? It's hard enough finding just one saber for my PC! where am I going to find more of them?...sheesh.

Okay, so far I just finished up Peragus, Telos, and nar shadaa. I got my first three parts of my lightsaber...now, the only problem is, the last part i needed to make it could only be found (as described in my strat. guide) when you put Vogga the hutt asleep and his hounds, then raid his secret warehouse. Well, woke him up before I could get into the warehouse, and now the game wont let me dance for him to put him to sleep again. Where can I find the lens emitter? Does anyone know where the next part of you saber can be found? this game rocks but without a saber it really does kind of lose it's fun factor a bit. where can I find the needed componants next? what planet offers what I need the quickest? I already found two crystals, just need the lens...

better yet, where can all the essential parts be found to make a saber?

I got the final component to my lightsaber 18 hours 35 minutes into the game. And viridian is a really bright green. I like it <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Good lord, 18 hours? Man, well that beats KOTOR I, where you can have a saber in about 6-7 hours...jeez. 18 hours into the game is a long time, wouldn't you be near the end parts of the game???

okay, I just started playing monday night, I'm about seven hours into the game, just starting to get into Telos...I'm looking for an average here, about how many hours into the game did you get your lightsaber? I just want to know about how long it takes, I'm just itching to get it...please no spoilers, don't tell me what planet you were on or anything, just how many hours it took you to get it... Second, what color is a viridian saber?? please someone tell me...thanks!

Hmm...that's what I was thinking. If you pick Guardian for the feats and class bonuses....but place your points into WIS and CHA, then go for Sith Lord to really pump up the force usage...that might work. But what is the disadvantage of not starting off as a consular? what will I be missing that might be vital?

I'm getting ready to leave these boards and needed advise before I left for TSL about Consulars. This is what I want, a Sith Lord class character with saber skills. I want a decent feat/combat skilled monster of a force user...basically, I want a DS palpatine-like character (MAJOR force and persuade skills) but also with some decent combat/lightsaber skills to hold my own in fights with a saber if needed. (much like Palp's will in Revenge of the Sith) I need someone to break down how I should allocate my stats (WIS,STR,CHA ect.) Did anyone have a awesome sword-weilding force god in KOTOR I? whats the best template? should I start out a guardian then go Sith Lord? should I start off a consular, play my stats smart for the combat and then go for the force gold with the Sith lord class?
