  1. Combat logs are ripe for analysis and overanalysis, they're like baseball statistics in that respect. Another approach would be to export combat logs to file. This would have the advantage of making them shareable and allowing many types of analyses, but it would require external tools and would yank the player out of the game.
  2. Hi all, I enjoyed the old Infinity Engine games, and I'm enjoying PoE. There's something that I find annoying, tough: the time it takes to traverse a map that has already been "cleared" and from which no more encounters are expected. Even in fast mode I find it annoying. Does anybody else feel the same? Maybe I'm just impatient. Perhaps, for already explored maps, some kind of intra-map "fast travel" could be implemented. And if new unexpected encounters should arise, some conversation should be overheard along the way, or some new obstacle is blocking the path forward, the fast travel could "fail". Also, it would be nice to have some way to save combat logs to file, for the purpose of analysis and maybe even bragging rights. Thanks!
