Started a new game and upon entering Port Maje from the worl;d map the game crashed. For some reason it won't allow me to attach the crash.dmp or error.log output_log.txt

In the ai behaviours editor, beside the conditionals there is a "Not" button. What does it do? I can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.
