Must be the only one, because I don't remember another game done by obsidian with such a clean release, without problems and without cut features.

There are several options between infinite respecs and no respec options, especially when the game is so counterintuitive in the attribute section. I agree with lots of criticism made in this thread, I baked the game and this is not the game I had in mind two and a half years ago. I will play it and probably like it (specially with the price I paid) but not what I had in mind when baking the game.
