    Same problem, Windows 10 + Steam, running the game for the first time, and even the difficulty selection dialog when starting a new game already has blurry font. The title of the dialog ("New Game Settings") is crisp enough, but the explanation text below is quite blurry. Files attached. DxDiag.txt output_log.txt

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
