    Locations of In-Game memorials

    I've been trying to find my memorial in game, but I can't seem to locate it. I haven't been able to find a list anywhere of where they are, either. Could anyone help me out? I've seen a number of memorials, and fully explored where I've been, but I'm only starting Act 3. Are there more areas in Act 3 where mine could be?

    Sorry if this has been aswered before, but when I poked around, I couldn't see anything. Has the survey for the extra addons from Kickstarter been sent out, and I missed it? I've only read that it will be sent out "after the end of the Kickstarter". I'm just afraid that it got sent to my spam folder and I missed it. Could anyone shed some light on this, please? Again, sorry if it's a repost.
