For the grossly uninformed kickstarter is a for-profit business that takes a 5% cut of monies that use their platform which in turn (in this specific case) the other 95% goes to Obsidian which is also a for-profit business.

But they certainly attract the teenie-bopper name callers.

In the business world it's called incentive.

You'd think for $250 they would give you both t-shirts.

I see pets + modding = a possible summoning opportunity. It's been done before (and without a toolset.)
