I was just hoping it would be an ACTUAL sequel. Or at least show all of the characters in the game. Based on the "essay" system. If we said we killed certain people then they would not be in the game.

This game would have been a sucess if they would have continued the story with the existing characters. They could have done this using reads from existing KOTOR 1 saved games. How can they seriously have the characters be the way we left them in KOTOR 1? Revons face will probably be different. They should have stuck with the original cast and kept the "threads" of destiny alive by not straying from the original story. I wanted to have this happen in KOTOR 2: The cast is called upon once again to save their galaxy from a new sith lord. Bastilla and Revon get married and they continue their quest. (Eventually in the game. Not right away. They could date first.) Hk-47 and T3-M4 are still faithful droids to Revon. They continue to carry out their tasks as told. (and HK-47 could be told to go assassionate people for you). Zaalbar needs to return to Kaashyyk once again to free his world from slavers. Mission needs to get her brother out of some serious trouble. (Hoping he will fix his life). Canderous serves you as he feels it is an honor. He could have found out a friend was in trouble and needs your help to save him. Juhanii still struggles with her past. Maybe Belaya got captured during the attack on Dantooine and was turned to the dark side. You would have to save her. Jolee just wants to chill with you. Carth goes to Telos to find his son but "something" happened to him. They could still add new characters and twists in the plot. Their is no excuse for them to say it would be the same plot. Because it wouldn't and the "but your a god!" thing. They could change enemies lvls based on your current levels and status. And even if you were good. You could turn to the dark side again.

I betting that a WHOLE lot of people would have been a lot happier if Obsidian Entertainment had just stuck with the original cast and implemented some sort of way to pull data from an existing save file.

I think obsidian should of had ALL of the original cast in KOTOR 2.

Both you and she would be Level 20. Where's the fun in playing from a power level roughly equal to Yoda or Emperor Palpatine? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Did you ever think of a little thing called HARDER enemies! They could always change the enemies lvls to account for your lvl.

I find it particully hilarious that Obsidian Entertainment didn't let us get involved in the suggestion stage earlier on in the game devolpment. I literally know at least 15 people in my community that agreed with me. (On the fact that Obsidian should have kept the story going with the original cast. How can it be a sequal if the previous charaters have little to nothing to do with the main plot). And just imagine that for those 15 people I know, there is another 15 people just like them somewhere in the world. 15-15-15-15-15-15-15 The cycle continues. You get the point! Obsidian probably screwed their reputation pretty badly on this project. Sure the game will be cool but, they shouldn't have messed with the original stroy. They could have added things and tweaked things but.... Well I guess that is enough I am sure a lot of you agree with me.

They deleted my thread that had nothing wrong whatsoever in it. All it was was a thread stating my hatred for the way the story is going in KOTOR 2. I think it is pathetic that they deleted a thread for having FREE speach! The only person on this site that has any affiliation with Obsidian Entertaint that I actually think has any decency is Darth Taylor. He is usually a nice individual.

What the heck are you ALL talking about? When were you able to kill Zaalbar or Mission or have Zaalbar to it for you? And Belaya? What the heck are you talking about? Is this only on PC? Can anybody give me a discription on how to kill each on of the people and how to do it as you described.

That works! But you could also just pick the face U used in KOTOR. That way they could just make EVERYBODY happy!

That is what I have been trying to say cronanfett315!!! I was hoping that the game would read your KOTOR save file and have the game based off of the actions and quests you completed in KOTOR. I really wanted to have KOTOR 2 be played by ALL of the original cast. That way the story could continue. Carth could go to Telos and see his son and maybe Mission would find her brother somewhere. Plus I wanted to have Bastilla and Revon get married. Then you could travel the Galaxy with ur wife and get even FARTHER into the plot of the original KOTOR. I don't like how the story for KOTOR 2 is going. I am getting the feeling that Revon and Bastilla will be killed off in KOTOR 2. The Ebon Hawk is ABANDONED!!! AND T3-M4 AND HK-47 are no longer with their master. REVON!!! I HIGHLY doubt that AFTER all of the sith and other enemies I took out (8 versus 1 sometimes) and still survived thay a couple of SITH ASSASIANS would be able to take REVON and the crew out! Plus Zaalbar has a lifedept so he would still stick with Revon and Carth is loyal so he would too. Where Zaalbar goes Mission follows. The droids would still be with their master. Juhani is also loyal. Jolee gets free room and board so he would stick around also. Canderous feels that it is an honor to serve with you so he would stay for th "glory" of battle. As I CLEARLY stated in my "OBSIDIAN REALLY PISSES ME OFF" thread.......... I don't like where they are going with the game. I might rent it but that is it!
