    I've gotten an infinite feedback loop on Scenario 5.1 on Green Difficulty. The Hound of Lamashtu that is summoned from the failed perception or Stealth check? Triggers another Perception or Stealth check which summons another hound of Lamashtu which Loops infinitely causing me to deck myself exceedingly quickly. Not sure if this is a technical issue, but if it's not, and it's working as intended then that's a ridiculous game balance issue.
