    With the power of PS Vita that circulate all over the world it would possibly run a pc emulator and run old games like FO3 and others. I guess there is nothing wrong if you will try.

    I am still on my Win7 so I really don't have an idea how Win8 works?? If I will upgrade into Win8, most probably I will start from the scratch of learning Win8 if it's really totally different from Win7 .
