  1. Unable to Access Saves

    primate_1 posted a topic in Avowed: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
    I recently had to back up my save folder (C:\Users\<username>\Saved Games\Avowed) while cleaning up accumulated cruft on my C: drive. After restoring the folder, I attempted to load saved games in Avowed, and was unable to do so. The saves simply do not appear in the game's list of characters and saves. In fact, right now I'm looking at a completely empty list of characters and saves, while I have save files in the save folder. Is there some way to kick the game into reading those saves, or am I going to have to accept that the hours I've put into those characters are gone forever?
