    Tristian "Listening For a Clue" quest bugged?

    I've also run into this bug. I chose to kill the sentinel, and the quest is stuck on "You, Virgil, and Tristan killed the Sentinel. Problem solved." I looted his corpse, and inspected the note but was never given the nav system update. Virgil is stuck standing nearby, and talking to him just elicits the dialogue regarding making sure no one else was following. Talking to Tristan either in the Vox Relay or on the ship doesn't give any new options.
