Do you play through steam and have their overlay off?

Did you do the crit bios update for the 9950 in March? Check and see, even if your system says it is up to date. Check the versions. This was released earlier this year Early in 2025, BIOS updates were released to resolve issues with premature CPU failure caused by aggressive PBO settings on some ASRock motherboards, so a BIOS update is recommended for stability and performance on any 9950X system

You on a 13th or 14th Gen intel? Thar bios was unstable and required a update. After doing do on both of my comps it eliminated that wingrts shipping error.

Still check your bios as WinGrts_shipping kernel32dll errors are mainly a bios issue. Intel requires 1 so do some AMD. My experience and the feed back I get from those that did states it ended all crashing.

If you are running on a 13th or 14th Gen intel board you need a bios update. The win gtrs shipping and kernel32 errors go away if you update your bios. I did and now run on epic on the latest Geforce driver.
