  1. 1. As someone mentioned, you have the playthroughs storage in different groups. Go to Load and you will see them name with the name of your characters. 2. My guess is that the DLC "story or content" will come inmediately after the ending. If you notice there is something quite tricky. When you load the last save of a playthrough where you finish the game, the game start loading just before the end credits... My guess is that, the DLC content starts just after that so you can keep playing with a character you have. 3. So far it seems the game has approaximately 5,9 million players worldwide, which is way more than PoE 1,2 million. Still there is no official news, but it seems Obsidian will provide a roadmap soon of the future of Avowed. Or at least people inside the office have leak that.
  2. There are many guides and manuals. I could recommend you this one I found in order to locate all Unique Gear. List of All Main Quests | Avowed|Game8 Have a blast my friend, you are going to love it. Once you find the weapons you like and you start adding abilities you are going to fall in love with it.
  3. I like the idea, but looking at the extremely simple complexity of crafting and materials in this game, in my opinion makes not so much sense to go deeper into personalization when there are other RPG mechanics not in the game. The goal it is to have an overall simple place to "relax" and interact with the companions... Now I HAVE SOMETHING to complain about the camps that I found weird... And it is the fact that the idea of the camp ultimately is to offer you a place to manage your gear and interact with your companion and build that "trust" relationship with them, following this concept I feel the location and stance of the companion could have been further develope. Marius standing there is weird, same for Yatzli and Giatta. The only one that seems to interact with the enviroment is Kai by getting warm around the fire... Couldn't be better to have Marius maybe making his knifes or arrows sharper (like the hunter and survivor he is), Yaztli reading some books into Ekida lore and Giatta probably playing around with some probes and jars... And eventually, maybe gathering together having dinner? Like currently this is the only complain I have. The player could feel more immerse with companions if they follow a rutine that fits their personas. Finally, I want to express how cool is to listen to them talking about things naturally between them, specially interacions between Yatzli and the team are hilarious, this is so awesome at the moment. I could take that an improve it, rather than making option to personalize your camp.
  4. I can understand why not added to be honest... I think the places you have to go are pretty much following the campaign/ side quests, for any other "exploration" approach, I think the idea is for you to look for clues on the world itself. Still, adding it is no harm, so I could not mind to have it.
  5. Completely agree, a game + could have been so great to have... I miss that sandbox experience of just playing around with different builts and gameplay style. I am sitting nearly 100 hours, and tbh I can understand why game + is tough based on the decision you make along the game. Maybe make a game + where you can replay the campaign with all you abilities and equipment? Enemies level go up to V for all regions maybe? Game is a blast, I am on my second playthrough in hard level.
  6. Same for me, I am on my second round, when I passed by that place in my first round, I remember that was odd. But at the same time, my tought at the moment was that probably was just a detail to show you the missing coin of the person sitting at the gate entrance...
  7. Hey, I had no idea a DLC was on the works. I am about to start a second playthrough... Amazing game. Bleste amazing game. A new companion? Wow, that seems hard to pull off, right? I mean, the stories of each companions seem so tight to the locations. Anyway, glad to know this game is reciving some love. A juicy DLC could me more than welcome.
  8. I think the idea of the game is to not let you fully upgrade and make tough decision that will frame the way you play more. I find it fine and part of the experience. Each round you play feels different.
  9. Dear viates, I have been summerged into Avowed for the last weeks playing here and there. I didnt want to open a new topic for this. I have finally just finished the game (my first complete round, looking forward to a second round). This is a bleste incredible game. Seriously, this game should be more noticed out there. About your comment, quiet honest, saying that the sidequest were uninspired is such a contradiction, sidequest in this game are actually sort of part of the main story... Any sidequest I did I felt was giving me more clues about what was happening around and sort of feed into the main story. About the writing not mature, not sure either, I think was damn good, just on point to convey with the overall art direction. Your final veridict is a bit strange, a let down? usually I dont play the whole game if I dont like it, and this is not short game if you go for all the sidequests and secrets. I am looking forward to do a second round as a ranger... Take care viates!
