    We have the same issue, but in cross play. First i can't jump and then my friend. It works only when we stop the game and start it over, it is very annoying. Can someone fix this please?

    We find the right elf charm, but the left charm isn't in the chest in the pond.. we have collect everything out all of the chests. But now we can't make sarah's charm. I hope someone can help?
