I’m having this same issue!! Please help!

I’m having this same issue!!!

(This is not my photo, it’s someone else’s) the only difference between mine and this photo is that it’s at least showing everything in my hot bar so I know my backpack is still on me.

I am so upset. I haven’t had any issues, not a single problem and then I run into the biggest glitch I’ve seen. Was zip lining and this happened. The game crashed out of nowhere, which happens. I quit the game after the crash, hoping to clear the cache, but it didn’t work. It’s a shared world, but not mine. I had been hoping the save before would load but nope, I am still stuck on this. Won’t let me give up, won’t let me do anything. Food and water won’t go down, so I can’t die. I’m playing on an Xbox one S, Multiplayer. I don’t know what to do. Any suggestions? I tried loading a photo of it, but it’s saying it’s above the max size allowed to upload.
