  1. 1. Why does the Principi (Aeldys) reactivate the storms of Ukaizo before leaving? Furrante doesn't do this. 2. The ending slides don't mention what the Watcher does with Ondra's Spire / storms if you go there without a faction 3. Is Hylea the most benevolent God in Aora? 4. Is convincing Eothas to empower one of the Gods the only way to do Berath's bidding? Even Wael isn't able to prevent Eothas from destroying the machine, right? 5. Why don't we get to see the aftermath of Eothas' actions on each of the Gods?
  2. Thank you for the help. I finally beat this boss yesterday using most of your tactics. Turning combat speed down to the slowest helped more than I thought it would (I was earlier playing on the second-slowest speed).
  3. Thanks for this thoroughly written strategy. I also had a couple of more questions: 1. Can I summon BOTH phantoms at the same time? 2. Do invisible and withdrawn characters not take AOE damage (from spells like meteor showers) ? 3. Am I correct in understanding that spamming insect swarms will prevent the soul mirrors from ever getting an ability in? 4. It's difficult to focus on the Oracle entirely when the Soul Mirrors are the ones dealing the most damage to my party. Keeping them occupied using summons is hard too since they just default to using huge AOE spells that demolish my party as well as the summons.
  4. Party composition: Eder (Fighter), Me (Ranged Rogue), Aloth (Wizard), Fassina (Conjurer), Xoti (Priest). Playing on normal difficulty. 1. The beams don't seem to ever stop, even if I interrupt the Oracle or knock it prone 2. The Soul Mirrors cast very dangerous spells (Tayn's Chaotic Orb, meteor shower). To what extent can I control when / where they spawn? It's easy to interrupt them using insect swarms if they spawn at the same place but not if they spawn all over the place 3. Should I spend any time destroying the arcane devices around the Oracle? 4. How do I keep the Oracle paralyzed for as long as possible? I have 4 'Gaze of the Adragan' scrolls. Aloth & I can cast it too.
  5. Does Minoletta's minor missiles even manage to penetrate his armor? Combusting Wounds and Infestation of Maggots both target Fortitude which like you said are hard to hit and even more so if he casts Llengrath's Safeguard (+20 defences for 60 seconds). I ended up surviving my second encounter with The Messenger by the skin of my teeth. I just ran out of abilities to use and Eder was the only surviving member who somehow managed to kill him with basic attacks. In this one I did have a party member wield an arbalest for the sole purpose of interrupting and it did help but Llengrath's Safeguard rendered pretty much all my abilities useless. How much accuracy is it possible to stack with a Priest & Wizard (without consumables)? Overall do I need to change my approach of not trying to use an ability if the accuracy % is below 50% when I hover over an enemy with it?
  6. I had issues with both these fights with my level 16 party. Furrante showed as a sword with 3 skulls so I thought I'll come to that fight later. Against The Messenger, the will defense was huge (around 125) so my Cipher was almost useless throughout. The party comp I used against The Messenger: Me (ranged rogue), Eder (fighter), Xoti (priest), Ydwin (cipher), Aloth (wizard). Another question I had was about Combusting Wounds and Wall of Flames. Do they have any penetration? With what accuracy does Wall of Flames try to hurt enemies in the hazard aoe?
  7. why would you suggest blinding strike so late at level 9? you're missing out on that debuff for literally an eternity
