  1. This crash is happening to a lot of people in random areas on different types of CPUs and GPUs (I'm on Intel and Nvidia, same thing is happening to me). No fix yet, unfortunately... I turned off RayTracing and I now get a few hours before it inevitably crashes with this same error that you are getting.
  2. Reverting to the older Nvidia driver after DDU as an administrator in Safe Mode only made this worse. Keep in mind, this is happening on AMD as well, so I don't think it's a driver issue... The only thing that has allowed me to play for at least a few minutes at a time is turning off/lowering graphics settings... on a 4090. I'm going back to that until someone can fix this, as it is extremely frustrating.
  3. The latest driver does not help. The only thing that has helped most people is to turn of Ray Tracing and to not use DLSS if you are on Nvidia. Mine only crashes every ~3 hours or so now. Before it was every 20 minutes.
  4. I've done the DDU but I re-installed the latest version, not the older 561.09. I will try that as well. Until then... The thing that helps many people is not using DLSS (using TSR instead) and turning off Ray Tracing. This reduced my own Alabama Fatal error crashes to once every few hours now, which is a massive improvement. This may be easier to try first. I will try the older Nvidia drivers to see if that removes them altogether, but wanted to mention the above in any case.
  5. There are many people having the same issue. Not using DLSS and turning off RayTracing has reduced crashes with this error for a lot of people, including myself (after trying everything, and I have an RTX 4090), so it's something to try. I've tried everything else, and it's the only thing that has worked for me. It's happening on AMD and Intel. Agreed, great game, but this should be addressed.
  6. It's August, 2022, and this still happens to me constantly. Screen freezes, but game otherwise plays in the background. I can even try to click things. I have tried most of the fixes: re-installed Nvidia driver, re-installed game, Windows 10 is up to date. I have no 3rd party AV running. Updated Windows 10, 3080 Ti, no overclocking going on.
