I've never seen the word "woke" appear in a publishing agreement, but they'll usually specify what happens if the studio fails to deliver the game by the deadline. I'm just going to put out there that Obsidian has a combat designer job posting that mentions "exceptional first-person gunplay experience" in Unreal Engine 4. I'm not sure how many guns they're planning to put in Avowed... (Note: More likely that's an Outer Worlds 2 posting)
