You're not supposed to get Revan's lightsaber, you get a stealth belt, a Luudo Kressh armband, a double bladed sword. As far as the door being locked, I'm guessing it's a glitch. I've exited the tomb just fine on multiple occasions.

I've unlocked 58 of 62. I think you can only unlock the other 4 if you have the restored content.
