  1. I was just posting the response I had received. This was before they finally admitted that there was an actual issue. Now they have at least admitted it but who knows how many days/weeks/months we will have to wait for them to fix the game so we can actually play what we paid for.
  2. Thanks for your response! I've forwarded your information to our QA team for review. At this time, we don't have a solution for this issue, but we're aware of the reports online from other players and our QA team is investigating, so please keep an eye out for any updates. In the meantime, I have not yet seen any confirmed reports of fresh new characters experiencing these issues, so it's possible that this only affects older save files that meets certain criteria. If you'd still like to play the DLC without waiting for a fix, I'd recommend doing the following: 1. Delete existing autosave files. 2. Clear your console's cache. 3. Create your new save file. The DLC can be accessed after unlocking the Stellar Bay Landing Pad, so it can be unlocked earlier than Peril on Gorgon, which requires completion of Radio Free Monarch. I would also advise avoiding opening existing save data that are currently affected by the saving/crashing issue, at least until a fix is released. I don't have any evidence that this could lead the save to "corrupt" other save files, but it's better to be safe. Just so all know I had already tried their suggestions prior to them suggesting them - to no avail. The game is simply bugged.

  6. Stove they are aware for a while now. I have been going back and forth with them since last week and they have not even acknowledged that their is a problem, even with all of the people saying there is one and it is basically the same issue across the board of constant crashing and being unable to save (due to crashing when trying to save). I am hoping they resolve it but from what I have seen so far from them I will not get my hopes too high.
  7. Good luck with that Krag. The constant crashing is happening to a lot of people. If I try to go to purpleberry orchards it crashes, I went to the hotel - crashed 4 times before finally letting me in, try to go to VIP floor either crashes as soon as you choose floor or get to floor and crashes within 30-45 seconds. The entire game is just bug central right now. Good thing they got our money already huh. Edit: forgot to add any attempt at saving crashes the game as well.
  8. It is not just you two. I am on Xbox One. Many, many people are having the crash issue either while playing or when attempting to save. I have a report in and they keep asking questions that should have no part in causing the issue. They seriously need to fix the game as it is bugged to high heaven at the moment. 1 star since you can't rate any lower and will stay that way until the game actually works.
  9. Many people are having issues with the new DLC Zachary. It is doing this same thing to different people in different points of the DLC, causing us to not be able to progress and thus making the DLC worthless since it cannot be played.
  10. Hopefully they get off their butts and fix the game. Would suck to get tons of negative feedback right off the bat because of their game just flat out not working.
  11. I posted about the game crashing at a specific point early in the story and cannot continue on at all due to that as it is every time I try to go to the next spot necessary for the story/quest.
  12. Title says it all. Cannot continue game at all as every time I try to go there the game freezes and crashes. I have tried rebooting console, deleting saved games, etc. Nothing works and it is not my console (Xbox One) that is the problem as this is the ONLY game I have any issues with.
