i also forgot to mention that i reformatted my laptop about a month or 2 ago. i did have windows vista on it but during the reformatting i reinstalled windows XP. played the game with windows vista and didnt have any problems with the game, ran prefect the whole way through. now that i have windows XP i encountered the a fore mentioned problem

Ya i know whats weird though is that i had less problems when i was running the game on windows vista. i recently reformatted my computer and put windows XP on it

I've had some of those problems happen, for me it usually just works if I move backwards and then move up. Shut the game down then start it back up. Thats all I can think of though. see im having this same problem but its when i first start up the game i'll move a little bit then i just end up spinning around in circles. even after rebooting/reinstalling the game it still happens within 30 sec's of me starting the game
