Building probs on xbox

Since 3.0 update anything I try to build the game locks up and shuts down to home screen. Using Xbox one X. -
Xbox one, can't start a saved game. Goes through entire process including choosing character but then will kick me back to home screen. Have tried properly quitting and also restarting console. Also uninstalled then reinstalled with no way in..
