If you're in an area thats nothing but dry grass and the occasional weed or dandelion or there's poisonous air, you are in the wrong place. look anywhere that's lush and green and just keep an ear and eye out for them. Or if you find a ladybug, follow it, they hunt aphids.

Ark doesn't conform structures to terrain but does allow clipping base structures into terrain and so does grounded to a point. it would be nice to build defensive walls around my base without having to worry about openings cause i couldn't clip my wall into a cliff or stone. Also another thing that would improve base building is preventing natural resources like grass from spawning to close to player made structures. Getting real tired of removing grass that grew through the floor of my base.
