  1. One thing I'd like to see, even if it's a small add-on, is the addition of sniper rifles to the game.
  2. I personally would love a collectors' edition. Anything would be nice; I'm totally for gadgets, statuettes, DLCs, etc. Even if it's one of those dossiers they were giving out a while ago.
  3. I really don't mind having to wait another month or so. I know, the wait is killing me as well, but the longer it's in development, the better it ends up being. I'd rather have an amazing game that I waited a while for than a game that could have been better but came out earlier.
  4. Sega handles these releases to the community; you'll probably want to bookmark their blog: http://blogs.sega.com/usa/ And read that to find out more! This is actually very helpful, thanks!
  5. As many Alpha Protocol fans may know, a few months ago, 6 Alpha Protocol 'Confidential Dossier' Packs were released into the public as prizes to a few lucky fans. Inside these envelopes, there were some Alpha Protocol screenshots, a mission-breifing letter, an 'Alpha Protocol' leatherman all-purpose multi-tool and pouch, a u.v. flashlight/invisible ink pen, a disk showing a new (at the time) Alpha Protocol trailer, some paper targets, 3 types of airsoft bbs, and a key supposedly used to open the next 'confidential dossier' to be released. Yes, I, like many others, was stunned. (especially due to the fact that, since airsoft bbs and targets were provided, that the seccond pack would probably contain an airsoft gun). So my questions include... 1. Will there be any more chances for other fans to win these coveted dossiers? 2. When will the next dossier be revealed? 3. Must you have to have to have obtained the first dossier in order to obtain the seccond? This topic is pretty late, but if any developers could help me out here, that'd be great
  6. I think it would be amazing if Alpha Protocol came out with some dowlnoadable content sometime in the future. They game looks epic already, but it could get even better! For example, I've noticed that there are no sniper rifles listed in the "weapons and skills" section of the website. Sniper rifles would make a great add-on in the future. New missions and locations would make the game much more extensive and fun to play as well, such as New York City or Madrid. Even new skills/perks would be a great add-on, if they hadn't thought of all possible skills/preks already. Does anyone have any info on whether or not a DLC might become available? I'm sure it's probably too early to tell, so what DLCs, if any, would also contribute to this game's awesomeness?
  7. I agree. Would there be, for example, a cell-phone you carry to remember/re-read everything? Or a notepad? Or even certain pick-ups, like the napkin containing a phone number at the top of the page?
  8. I'm sure that asking someone questions runs on the same ideals as stating somethig or choosing an action. So i'm sure it has a timer as well, and if you run out of time, as a few people said before, you will ask the question that relates to the attitude you usually choose.
  9. This discussion really gave me alot of helpful info, thanks to everyone who replied . I also wonder something else though. I read in an interview with a developer that the conversation sequence will be in real time, and the player can't take too long to pick an action or response. My question is what will happen if one does take too long and doesn't choose a response in time? Will the player just say/do nothing? And if so, would they just do nothing for the entire conversation if they continued to take to long in choosing an action?
  10. Ok. First off, Alpha Protocol looks like an amazing game. Although I wanted to confirm something about the diagloue of the game. In Game Informer, the article on Alpha Protocol described how the player can make dialogue choices during certain sequences of the game. I think I remember reading that instead of clicking on sentences that you would like to say, you would change Michael's facial expressions during the conversations, instigating him to say something related to the mood you choose to express. I haven't heard anything about it since, so is that still going to be the method used while talking to someone? If so, that would be cool, but would there be an option to display the text you will choose to say before you say it?
