Just happened to me as well, so I guess this still isn't fixed. two hours into the fight on a POTD run and now I have to restart this fight, since apparently there's nothing I can do about it, and from what I've been able to read about this problem this fight seems be notorious for this exact reason... EDIT: https://i.imgur.com/4KATguj.png 2nd EDIT: Just happened again, same fight, guess this quest is a gamble, whether or not if it's possible to complete.
