    I decided to try a new playthrough on Supernova, and instead of doing the Gladys quest I decided to steal the insignia from her safe. This caused everyone to go hostile, like a normal theft, except now all the NPCs chain aggro, and regard me as kill-on-sight. This persists through leaving and returning, reloading an autosave, hiding and losing aggro, and waiting on the Unreliable. I cannot complete the quest because Udom, the person I'm supposed to give the insignia to, attacks when he or the guard at the front door sees me. According to my faction rep I'm only 2% bad will and Friendly with Groundbreaker.
