    I agree, that's really bad. Noticed that when i played The Outer Worlds with my Xbox One Wireless controller on the PC once.

    I had an issue where the game ran very stuttery when i was running it in borderless windowed mode. I then switched to true fullscreen, and activated VSync, and the stuttering was gone. The game runs very bad in borderless windowed mode. Maybe that's your issue as well.

    Works fine here with my Xbox One S wireless controller... Try to run the game in true fullscreen.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
