I'm having the EXACT same problem on Xbox One and even posted my own thread titled "The Gamebreaker" a couple days ago.

I have just run into a problem and was wondering if anyone else came across it. During the quest "Brave New World" when entering what appears to be a broadcast room in the Labyrinth the game crashes. I've tried 5 times now and even tried restarting my console. I'm at a loss for what it is or what to do.
