Same issue, game never run, crashes immediately on start. Graphics card drivers recently updated to latest version, no effect on behavior. Would love to attach the crash files, but your forum does not allow it. I am not "permitted", which means you need to implement a real support solution beyond a forum. Will email the files to you. This game is becoming a hassle. UPDATE: nevermind, Pillars has an issue with Citrix. It runs after reinstalling Citrix Workspace.
