I tried making another character that was also a cipher-monk multi-class and i couldn't pick any cipher abilities on the first level up but i could still use the monk tree, so i went back to another save and serafen is in the same boat. so it seems its something to do with the cipher tree

All skills greyed out on level up but only happens on my player character and everyone else is fine. (see attachment) I have tried the verifying game and using the beta build both dont work, has anyone else had a similar issue and know a solution?
