Same here. Pretty sure it has to do with a trigger from the "Final Maneuver" quest for Deadfire. -
This is also bugged for me, or else it needs to be made much clearer when you are choosing a permanent side.

Here as well, I am a death godlike, Both Pallegina and I get the Lunar buff. Mayhaps the tag is leftover from the original owner?
