Were do you get the grimoires? I know about the fampyr lord , but how about the swamp witch, and the lich? Outside the fampyr, swamp witch and lich are there any grimoires to get?

Ive pre-ordered the game with gog. Can I still do the scavanger hunt with my gog account? And how. The obsidian account only accepts steam. Please help. If it is not in the forum please move in the appropriate forum. Thanks for any help.
