Some equipment has special effects. - If it's existing spell then effect has adequate icon - like White Witch Mask - If it's unique effect then it has unique icon - like The Eye of Wael or item icon like Thaos Helmet But some special effects miss an icon and have red cross instead, like Thunder Pistol or this barf dagger

You can also duplicate some items by pickpocketing it first and then in "right" way (gift, from dead body etc)

In Sayuka there are two people who argue (near long house). After conversation with them and talking to male he say "missing line 66". And during pickpocketing when you don't have enough skill text in bracket it's also english - "Sleight of hand 6"

Technically quest alone isn't bugged. But after completing it and re-entering Lifter's Refuge, Tiny Woody reappears and you can repeat event in Captain Tatzatl house. You can repeat it infinitely in peaceful way (but you won't get any additional loot) until you kill them (you can get second necklace then). @Edit: Post was moved here from my thread, but it's not Agentile problem (probably his problem doesn't exist as Cwealm mentioned).

You can also talk to him on ship with same effect.
