I am going to be starting a new playthrough and would like to create a Pale Elf Furyshaper for RP. I will be playing on Veteran. However I have several build questions and am hoping to get some advice. 1. Are Melee and Ranged both viable? I read that Furyshaper works well with ranged, but I am wondering if it is flat out better with ranged or whether melee is also viable and strong. 2. What classes have good synergy for multiclassing? I was considering Wizard, Cipher, or possibly Ranger or Rogue. Would any of those work well and, if so, which subclasses and why? Am I missing something that might be better or more fun? (I would like to avoid multiclassing with Paladin, Priest, or Druid as it doesn't fit the character concept.) Thank you in advance!

Following this too. I’ve been trying to settle on a build for my ranged Cipher from PoE1 as well. Is ranged Mindstalker (Cipher/Rogue) significantly better than Seer (Cipher/Ranger)? I see a lot of mentions of the former, but not the latter.
