    Kalakoth's Freezing Rake spell no longer matches tooltip

    Hey guys, Sorry if this is already covered somewhere else, but Kalakoth's Freezing Rake (Level 8 wizard spell) used to only damage enemies, and now damages allies as well. If this is working as designed, cool, but the tooltip and spell description still says enemies. Also I didn't see anything in the patch notes so ??? Thanks!
